In case you receive a wrong product different from what you have ordered for, you can exchange the wrong product for the right product you have ordered for. We will only accept replacements for products provided the request for return of the product is sent to us within 7 days of receipt of the package.

Customer must inform us the order number, order details, the damaged product you are wanting to return and the reason for return along with supporting pictures and packing slip. All replacement/refund requests sent to us are checked by our replacements/return Department. If we find any information defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@buy91.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation before shipment, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Refund of return product will not be processed if the product/(s) is:

• Product is used or altered.
